One of the Kincardine Castle Kitchen’s bestsellers, this is such a wonderfully adaptable chutney. With a great balance of sweet & savoury, & gentle heat from the chilli, this woks exceptionally well with cheese & cold meats, but really comes into its own with burgers & sausages as a spicier & more sophisticated ketchup.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (50%), Sugar, Vinegar (Barley), Onions, Chillies, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard Seeds, Salt.
